Here at Hair We Go, we understand how difficult it is to purchase jewellery without actually having seen the product.
Whilst every care is taken when photographing our product range, it is sometimes impossible to achieve an accurate effect.
Therefore when you receive your order, if it is not what you are looking for we will either exchange it, or simply offer you a money back guarantee. (excluding the p&p)
PLEASE NOTE - For those who are choosing multiple tiaras & accessories to select from there will be an extra charge of £2 as the value of these items exceeds the royal mail insurance and therefore must be sent via Special Delivery which is guaranteed by 1 o'clock the next day except when posted on a Friday as they are guaranteed for the monday instead.

YOU MUST INFORM US IN WRITING WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS (Please note, you will also be required to pay for the P&P and insurance costs to return )
Failure to notify in the time specified will incurr a penalty charge at our discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WHICH INCLUDES BEING SEALED IN THE CELLOPHANE WRAPPING WHICH THEY ARE SENT OUT IN.
However special circumstance will be catered for when you have advised us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned prior to making a refund.We Therefore advise you to ensure that the parcel is adequately insured.
Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to accept returned pierced earrings this includes necklace and earring sets.
Please also note that refunds will NOT be given on products that have obviously been worn or used for hair trials before return. If products become faulty through the course of your hair trial, responsibility lies with your Hairdresser and NOT with Hair We Go.
